  The National Child Care Information Center (NCCIC), a project of the Child Care Bureau, is a national resource that links information and people to complement, enhance, and promote the child care delivery system, with a searchable database of state demographics, program usage, and licensing regulations.
• Smart Start National Technical Assistance Center
  Smart Start's National Technical Assistance Center is available to assist communities and states in the development, implementation and integration of comprehensive community-based early childhood initiatives.
• Child Care 2000 Campaign
  This advocacy campaign was implemented in Washington State by a public-private partnership.

  Run by Cooperative Extension, provides an extensive Internet bibliography of over 1000 child-care related publications and resources. It also provides contacts to child care experts in every state.

  This provides a simple but informative overview of many existing funding sources for parents, including subsidies, tax credits, and employer supported benefits.
• Public Agenda Online
  Public Agenda provides a thorough analysis of public opinion on child care issues and on the public sector's appropriate role. It also has a useful "sources and resources" section.
• Quality in Linking Together: Early Education Partnerships
